Hannah Donk

Hannah Donk grew up in Puyallup, WA and began dancing at age eight at The Dance Academy of Puyallup. She trained in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, and contemporary and was a part of the competitive team for six years. She developed a deep passion for dance and the body and continued her exploration of those domains into higher education.

Hannah studied at Western Washington University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2021 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She was the Dance Department’s Outstanding Graduate and received several dance scholarships in the program. During her time at Western, she had the privilege of working with several guest artists, including Anya Cloud, Rebecca Bryant, Cameron McKinney, Noelle Price, and Caili Quan. Her dance degree emphasized choreography and performance and provided the opportunity to create her first dance film as well. Hannah also worked in the costume department as Dance Costume Liaison, finding an additional area of interest in the performing world.

Hannah is currently studying at Eastern Washington University- Spokane to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with the hopes of specializing in pelvic health, women’s health, and, of course, dancers.
