Melanie Rose Huff
Melanie Rose Huff is a native of Chewelah WA, where she received her training in classical ballet at Northern Ballet and Performing Arts under the direction of Ann Marie Benedict. She has taken classes in other dance forms at every opportunity from a variety of instructors including Steve Rooks, former principal dancer with the Martha Graham Company, and Bill Wade, director of Inlet Dance Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2015 she opened the Aaron Huff Memorial Cultural Center in her hometown, with the goal of providing a quality facility for arts instruction and to showcase the talents of the many gifted local artists of all mediums. She is excited to have the opportunity of dancing with Vytal Movement and to be a part of the growing dance scene in Spokane and the surrounding area.
Melanie is also the award-winning author of several books and a full-time mother.
